Elmhaven

Elmhaven is a residential aged care facility in Streaky Bay, a coastal community on the Eyre Peninsula in far-western South Australia, operated by SA Health as part of the Streaky Bay Hospital and Health Service. The facility provides residential aged care to older residents of the Streaky Bay and surrounding Eyre Peninsula communities, enabling them to remain in their home region rather than travelling to metropolitan Adelaide for aged care services. Elmhaven is an important part of the Streaky Bay health campus, providing continuity of care for the region's ageing population.
