ECH Retirement Living & Property Services is a not-for-profit organisation established over 60 years ago, supporting 15,000 South Australians across retirement living communities and in-home care services. The organisation operates 2,000 residents across multiple retirement villages providing independent and assisted living options, along with comprehensive support at home services including personal care, nursing, domestic assistance, and transport. ECH specialises in dementia care through day respite programmes and provides extensive wellness services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, podiatry, dietetics, music therapy, and exercise physiology across 7 wellness and fitness centres. The organisation emphasises community connection through social programmes, bus trips, walking groups, and a Community Hub, alongside carer support services. Services are available on both government-funded bases (Commonwealth Home Support Program) and self-funded arrangements.
