Settlers Village

Settlers Village is a retirement community located in the leafy suburb of Estella, approximately 6 minutes from Wagga Wagga town centre in NSW, established in 1998 as a lifestyle village for the over-55s. The community has grown to over 250 residents and offers independent living in villas, supported apartment living, and on-site low-level care services. Settlers Apartments provides 24/7 on-site low care delivered by a qualified team, with short-term respite stays also available for those wishing to trial the community. Residents can access additional funding through My Aged Care Home Care Packages, coordinated by an on-site Care Advisor. A Wellness Centre features an outdoor pool, gym, studio, and hair salon, with a dedicated activity and social coordinator running daily programmes including music sing-alongs, crafts, and bingo.
