Home Nursing Care Services

Family First Care (also listed as Home Nursing Care Services) is a DVA and Aged Care partner providing in-home nursing and community care services across the Gold Coast and North Lakes in Queensland and Ballina in northern New South Wales. The service delivers personal care, medication prompting, simple and complex wound management, continence assessment, palliative care, post-hospital nursing and companion shifts, all in clients' own homes. It also offers respite to carers of DVA clients so they can take a short break from their caring duties. Founded and run by managing directors Candice and Dani, the organisation focuses on helping clients remain independent at home and pays its nurses above award rates. This is a community nursing agency rather than a residential aged care home.
