Boggabri home and community care

Boggabri Home and Community Care is a community aged care service in Boggabri, a small rural town on the Namoi River in north-west NSW near the Pilliga Scrub. The service provides CHSP-funded community support to enable elderly residents of the Boggabri district to remain living independently in their homes through personal care, domestic assistance, transport, and social support. This is a home and community care service rather than a residential aged care facility.
