Rosetta Community, Strathaven is a residential aged care facility operated by Uniting AgeWell (affiliated with the Uniting Church in Australia), located on the banks of the River Derwent in Victoria with views overlooking Mona. The facility offers residential care and dementia-specific care, with registered nurses on-site 24/7 providing personalised clinical care. It features a state-of-the-art Waterfront Wing opened in January 2025 with large, light-filled rooms and bespoke interior design by a local Indigenous designer. The facility is built on the Small House Model, emphasising a home-like environment and person-centred care with restorative and inclusive approaches for all residents.
