Cranebrook Community Health Centre

Cranebrook Community Health Centre is one of ten community health centres operated by the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD), a NSW Government health service. NBMLHD serves over 390,000 people across Penrith, Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and Lithgow local government areas, covering approximately 9,179 km². The district delivers services across five hospitals and ten community health centres, supporting people of all ages from early childhood through to palliative care. As a government-run community health centre, Cranebrook provides outpatient and community-based health services rather than residential aged care.
