Chirnside Views

Chirnside Views is a purpose-built residential aged care facility in Chirnside Park, Victoria, opened in April 2023 and owned by Norsan Pty Ltd — a family company with more than 30 years of experience in aged care. The facility caters to residents with low and high care needs, offering 24-hour nursing care, palliative care, and a comprehensive range of allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, podiatry, and dietitian support. All resident rooms are single occupancy with private ensuites, featuring views of themed courtyards or the Christmas Hills and Yarra Valley. The facility includes extensive amenities such as a café, chapel, theatre, library, hairdressing salon, golf putting green, raised planter gardens, and a skywalk with panoramic views. Chirnside Views was recognised as a Facility of the Year Finalist in the 12th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2024.
