Greenways Retirement Village is an independent living retirement village established in 1976, set across 10 acres of landscaped gardens in Seaford on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, and comprising 127 accommodation units. The village offers one, two and three bedroom villa units as well as one bedroom apartments, with ingoing contributions starting from $333,750 for a one-bedroom apartment through to $669,750 for a three-bedroom villa unit. Residents enjoy a wide range of on-site facilities including a dining room ('Marions'), library, fitness centre, bowling green, cinema room, and a village kiosk, with visiting services including a GP, podiatrist, hairdresser, beautician, and pathologist. The village operates under a lifetime lease model with an ingoing contribution that is refundable upon departure, subject to a deduction capped at 30% after eight years and reducing to zero after 23 years. Owned and operated by the private company Greenways Village Pty Ltd since 1976, the village is one of Victoria's longest-established private retirement villages.
