Residents enjoy a wide range of on-site facilities including a dining room ('Marions'), library, fitness centre, bowling green, cinema room, and a village kiosk, with visiting services including a GP, podiatrist, hairdresser, beautician, and pathologist. The village operates under a lifetime lease model with an ingoing contribution that is refundable upon departure, subject to a deduction capped at 30% after eight years and reducing to zero after 23 years.
