Southern Cross Community Healthcare

Southern Cross Community Healthcare is a home care and disability support organisation that has been operating across NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and ACT since 1984. It is not a residential aged care facility; rather, it arranges personalised in-home aged care support and NDIS disability services to help clients remain living independently in their own homes and communities. Services range from domestic assistance, personal care, and social support through to skilled nursing, wound dressings, and medication administration, coordinated by locally based Registered Nurse Community Coordinators. The organisation is a Quality Accredited Government Approved Provider under aged care, NDIS, and disability standards, and advertises no co-payments or exit fees for eligible clients.
