Broadlands Harrington

Broadlands Harrington is a planned land lease living community for people over 50, situated within the Barrington Coast on the northern entrance of the Manning River in NSW. The 6-hectare site has DA approval for 106 homes, with development works commencing in 2026. Planned amenities include a community centre, swimming pool, and tennis court. The community is part of the Broadlands group, which has been operating for over 20 years across six NSW locations including Green Point, Tamworth, Muswellbrook, Narooma, and South West Rocks.
