It operates three service divisions: Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, and Home Support Services, catering to the Finnish, Scandinavian, and broader Australian communities. Founded as the Australian Finnish Rest Home Association Inc. in 1975 and celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025, with the first residential stage opening in 1986. Onsite amenities include a café (Schmoffee Coffee Shop), hairdresser, gym, Finnish library curated by volunteers, and saunas in both the residential and retirement village areas. Finnish-speaking staff are available, and the facility actively celebrates Finnish cultural traditions and holidays alongside Australian ones.
