ACDMA Aged Care is a 79-bed residential aged care facility located in Canley Vale in Sydney's western suburbs, purpose-built in 1990 and since expanded across three connected buildings (Blocks A, B, C). The facility specialises in serving the elderly Indo-Chinese community and is operated by the Australian Chinese & Descendants Mutual Association Ltd, a charitable not-for-profit organisation founded in 1982. Rooms are of bedsitter design offering both single and double accommodation, all with ensuite bathrooms, private balconies, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. The facility is built in an oriental style centred around traditional Chinese landscaped gardens and provides 24-hour, seven-day-a-week registered nurse coverage. Staff speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese, and the facility offers a range of culturally relevant activities including Tai Chi, Chinese singing, yum-cha buffets, and arts and crafts.
