Willoughby Retirement Hostel is a boutique 26-studio-apartment residential aged care facility at 1 Warrah Street, Chatswood NSW, operated by the not-for-profit Willoughby Retirement Community Association (WRCA), a charity established in 1971 by Willoughby City Council.
