Uniting AgeWell Melbourne South Metro Home Care

Uniting AgeWell Melbourne South Metro Home Care is a community-based home care service supporting older people across Melbourne's south-east to remain living safely and independently at home. The service covers the local government areas of Bayside, Cardinia, Casey, Frankston, Glen Eira, Greater Dandenong, Kingston, Port Phillip, and Stonnington. It offers the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) for those needing support with one or two aspects of daily living, as well as the Support at Home program for people with more complex or ongoing care needs. Uniting AgeWell is an organisation of the Uniting Church in Australia with more than 70 years of history serving older Victorians and Tasmanians. It was voted Most Trusted Brand in Home Care Vic/Tas in the 2025 Reader's Digest Trusted Brands Survey.
