Catholic Healthcare The Haven Wellness Centre is operated by Catholic Healthcare, a not-for-profit organisation with over 30 years of aged care expertise built on a 150-year heritage of mission and service. It is one of several wellness centres across NSW offering personalised health and wellness programs, allied health clinics, and community care. Programs include Mind+Move and Stepping On, which focus on movement, falls prevention, and social connection for older Australians. The service also provides respite care with dementia-friendly activities and social outings, as well as hospital-to-home transition support and in-home nursing care.
