Pineview Residential Care is a modern, 66-bed Supported Residential Service (SRS) located 2km from the Ballarat CBD in Victoria, set in front of bush surrounds. It offers both permanent and respite care in a home-like environment, with no bonds, asset calculations or ACAS approval required. The proprietors are an experienced registered nurse and a qualified social worker, supported by a team of qualified staff. Accommodation ranges from private and semi-private rooms to twin-share rooms and self-contained suites with kitchenettes, with fees disclosed from $465 per week (semi-private) up to $615 per week (self-contained suites) and respite from $100 per day. Services include personal care, medication supervision, meals, laundry, social support, a chapel, hairdressing salon, library and an activities programme.
