A and D In Home Care

A & D In Home Care is a registered NDIS and aged care provider based in Jamisontown (Penrith), NSW, delivering personalised in-home aged and disability care services to clients across the Penrith, Blue Mountains, and Hawkesbury communities. Founded by Anita and Faithe, who together bring over a decade of industry experience, the service offers personal care, palliative support, companionship, and community participation programmes. The team includes AHPRA-registered nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Personal Care Assistants, and Support Workers, with 24/7 support availability. A & D also operates a dementia-specific day centre providing specialist daytime support for people living with dementia, enabling them to remain active participants in the local community. As a home care and community support service rather than a residential facility, clients are supported to live independently in their own homes.
