Dougherty Villa is a residential aged care facility located at 206 Arthur St, Grafton NSW, operated by the community-owned not-for-profit Clarence Village Limited. The facility offers 74 single ensuite rooms with 24-hour personalised care for both permanent and respite residents, including a secure dementia wing called Rose Cottage. Accommodation is priced at a maximum refundable deposit of $550,000 or a maximum daily payment of $119.95, with combination payment options available. Amenities include a hairdressing salon with two visiting hairdressers per week, a multipurpose room and chapel, beautiful gardens with a fish pond and gazebo, and a Frangipani Room offering aromatherapy, foot care, and beauty services. Originally constructed in the early 1990s as a 40-bed hostel, the facility has since grown and been modernised, including a Waratah Wing added in 2018.
