Melrose Village

Melrose Village is a retirement village operated by UPA of NSW Ltd (United Protestant Association), set in 3.2 hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens in Pendle Hill, western Sydney. The village comprises 38 fully refurbished two-bedroom units with open plan living, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, balconies, built-in wardrobes, and 24-hour emergency call buttons. Residents enjoy independence and privacy while participating in social and recreational activities including craft, bingo, shuffleboard, weekly shopping trips, and regular bus outings to destinations such as Watsons Bay, Manly, and the Central Coast. A separate residential aged care facility with a dementia-specific unit, Melrose Lodge, is also located on-site and operated by UPA. The village is close to shops, trains, buses, and major motorways including the M2, M4, and M7.
