Bolton Clarke Home and Community Support – East Melbourne is a community-based service helping older Australians live independently at home rather than in a residential facility. It offers flexible home nursing, home assistance, specialist dementia support, respite care, palliative care, and post-hospital care, as well as a Program for Younger People. Bolton Clarke is a large not-for-profit organisation operating across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia. As a home and community support service it does not operate a residential aged care facility and does not have on-site amenities or accommodation.
