Homestyle Aged Care Sunset Views Manor

Sunset Views Manor is a modern aged care facility in Tarneit, Victoria, opened in March 2022, housing 120 residents across two floors in a small-house design with 15–18 residents per section. All rooms are single occupancy with private ensuites, air-conditioning, hydronic heating, wall-mounted televisions, and garden or city views. The facility includes a dedicated memory support unit for residents living with dementia, and features an award-winning rehabilitation programme delivered by Concentric Healthcare using a specially designed gym and physiotherapy rooms. Nursing care is provided 24 hours a day, and a lifestyle team operates a seven-day activity programme to support social engagement. Sunset Views Manor is part of the Homestyle Aged Care group, which has been operating residential care homes across greater Melbourne and Geelong for almost 40 years, and is co-located with Wyndham Grange Retirement Village.
