Like Our Own

Like Our Own is a home care agency providing flexible support at home services to help Australians maintain independence and wellbeing whilst remaining in their own homes. They offer clinical support from qualified health professionals, practical independence support, and everyday living assistance. The agency provides two management models: self-management where clients choose their own team, or full management where Like Our Own coordinates all services. Care plans are personalised based on individual preferences and can be adjusted as needs evolve. They work with Support At Home funding packages and offer free consultations to help clients understand their options.
