Robina Lodge Senior Living is an over-50s independent and supported rental accommodation village at 5 Bourton Road, Merrimac, on the Gold Coast in QLD. It offers furnished and unfurnished single-occupant 1-bedroom ground-level units (not suitable for couples), each with a living room, kitchenette, ensuite, laundry, terrace, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans, overlooking gardens. A food service with meals included is provided, and the village is pet friendly with public transport, shops and medical centres nearby. While primarily independent/supported rental living rather than residential aged care, the village can also assist residents needing additional daily support through its care and support service, and facilitates social activities and events for residents.
