Clarence Village Limited is a 100% community-owned, not-for-profit aged care organisation based in Grafton, NSW, that has been caring for seniors in the Clarence Valley since 1970. It operates three facilities: Clarence Village (independent living with 1–2 bedroom units), Clarence Village on Queen (supported living with ensuite rooms and private courtyards), and Dougherty Villa (residential aged care with 74 single ensuite rooms providing 24-hour personalised care). Dougherty Villa includes Rose Cottage, a secure dementia-specific wing with its own kitchen, dining, lounge, and activity room opening to landscaped gardens. Accommodation at Dougherty Villa is available with a maximum refundable deposit of $550,000 and maximum daily payments of $119.95, payable as a lump sum, daily payment, or combination.
