Grampians Community Health

Grampians Community Health is a community health organisation supporting the Grampians and Wimmera communities of Victoria with services including alcohol and drug support, carer support, counselling, family violence services, mental health support, NDIS and disability services, and services for older people and youth. The organisation provides community health services across a broad region of rural Victoria. Grampians Community Health is a community services provider rather than a residential aged care facility.
