Clifton Nursing Home

Clifton Nursing Home is part of the Clifton Community Health Service (CCHS), a community-owned health precinct located in Clifton, Queensland. The nursing home has been operating since 1982 and currently accommodates 23 residents, with four rooms featuring ensuites. It forms part of a broader one-stop health precinct that includes a medical centre, private hospital, home care services, and allied health visiting services. CCHS has served the Clifton community since 1949 and is operated for and by the community, with a focus on holistic care and supporting residents' dignity and wellbeing.
