Hawthorn Grange is a privately operated Supported Residential Service (SRS) located in Hawthorn, Melbourne's inner south-eastern suburbs, owned and operated by Iris Aged Care. The facility offers supported living with 24-hour care, respite care, and home care services tailored to older people needing day-to-day support. Residents live in private ensuite rooms within a home that features landscaped gardens, courtyards, a formal dining room, and relaxed lounge areas. Unlike standard residential aged care, Hawthorn Grange operates on a private user-pays model with no RADs or DAPs, flexible month-to-month occupancy, and no government assessment required to enter. Support at Home funding can be used to assist with fees where eligible.
