South Coast Home Health Care is a privately owned home care and community nursing agency based in Warilla, NSW, providing services across the Illawarra region including Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, and Shoalhaven from Helensburgh in the north to Ulladulla in the south. Founded in early 1994 by co-owners Glenda Potts and Jenny Swan, the organisation operates 365 days a year with 24-hour contact availability, delivering clinical nursing care, personal care, dementia support, palliative care, and in-home respite directly in clients' homes. South Coast Home Health Care is the largest provider of community nursing and home care to the veteran community in the Illawarra and holds Approved Provider status with the Department of Veterans' Affairs. The organisation has maintained accreditation with the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS) since January 2001, and employs AHPRA-registered registered and enrolled nurses, care support staff, an occupational therapist, and a physiotherapist.
