Anglicare Southern Queensland's Toowoomba Home and Community Aged Care Services, located at 2 Scouts Way, Toowoomba QLD 4350, is a community-based aged care service rather than a residential facility. It offers a full range of in-home care across the Toowoomba region, including domestic assistance, personal care, nursing, allied health, social support, and home maintenance and modifications. Day respite care is also provided at this location to keep clients socially, mentally and physically active while giving their carers a break. The service is operated by Anglicare Southern Queensland, a not-for-profit ministry of the Anglican Church that has supported Queenslanders for more than 150 years. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
