Woodbeck Village

Woodbeck Village is a family-owned, over 50s and pensioner assisted living village in Beenleigh, Queensland, located halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and officially opened in April 1999. The village comprises 76 single one-bedroom en-suite units available from $1,010 per fortnight, including three freshly prepared meals daily served in the communal dining area. Residents enjoy independent living with the security of an on-site manager available 24 hours and a GP who visits every Monday, with a medical centre also less than five minutes away. Amenities include a recreation room with snooker table, free Wi-Fi, large television and card table, a hairdresser visiting weekly, a BBQ area, and covered wheelchair and mobility-scooter-friendly walkways throughout the grounds. Small pets may be permitted on application, and the village is not affiliated with any larger corporate body.
