Uniting

Uniting is a not-for-profit organisation operating as an NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) partner in NSW, delivering the National Disability Insurance Scheme in partnership with the NDIA. It supports people aged 9–65 with NDIS plans across regions including Hunter–New England, Illawarra–Shoalhaven, Nepean–Blue Mountains, Northern Sydney, Southern NSW, and Western Sydney. Uniting LACs assist participants with understanding the NDIS, creating and implementing plans, and connecting to community supports. The service is free to access and also supports people with disability who are not eligible for the NDIS through information, linkages, and capacity building. This is a community support and disability coordination service, not a residential aged care facility.
